Amazon Leo Product Development Executive Assistant
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
The Amazon Leo team is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to support Directors in Product Development. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
Key job responsibilities:
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling
- Coordinating travel to domestic and international locations
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Management of team space, including office moves and reconfigurations
- Management of highly confidential information
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
