Amazon Flex is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Bellevue, WA. This role is more than calendar and inbox management; you’ll be a partner who proactively finds better ways to work and uses GenAI to eliminate manual tasks.
You will own complex calendars across time zones, coordinate high-stakes meetings, manage domestic and international travel, and help plan team events while building trusted relationships across WW Flex and VP teams.
