Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue

Position:
Complete Maintenance Technician

Schedule:

Rotational schedule including some Saturdays.

Pay:
Flat rate of $21.00 to $24.00 per flagged hour, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors.
• Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship.

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• ASE certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand is a plus.
• Desire to grow with the team through manufacturer training.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
