Pay

Flat rate pay of $21‑24 per flagged hour. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on skills, qualifications, and experience and is consistent with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Rotation schedule that includes selected Saturdays.

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi‑point inspections.
• Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors.
• Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship.

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience (required).
• Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand (plus).
• Strong desire to grow with the team through manufacturer training.
