This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.

We provide all Toyota Manufacturer specialty tools including Laptops and diagnostic software. We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (hand tools are not provided). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians.

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive repair experience required

We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.

A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
