Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer contacts via in‑store visits, emails, phone calls and text messages
- Complete timely factory training to maintain product knowledge for each model and the brand
- Assist with test drives according to dealership guidelines
- Prepare and process the required paperwork to finalize the vehicle sale
- Uphold dealership policies, safety rules, and core company values
- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repair work on vehicles
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to communicate needs and updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in the workshop
- Participate in continuous learning and Ferrari‑specific technical training
- Move vehicles on or off site as directed by the Porter/Detail Manager or Service Manager
- Transport clients while maintaining professional standards
- Assist other departments with delivery or pickup needs via a dealership vehicle
- Help maintain quality control on reconditioned cars and ensure showroom standards
- Assist the accounting team with reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing and other administrative tasks
- Provide secondary coverage for the reception desk, answering phones and greeting clients
- Coordinate vehicle licensing and review vehicle deal documents
- Manage front‑service office operations and greet clients/guests
- Schedule service appointments
- Communicate vehicle concerns from client to service technician accurately and concisely
- Prepare an accurate cost estimate of recommended maintenance and communicate clearly with the client
- Explain all completed work to the client and collect all necessary signatures and payment
- Record hours in the time‑keeping system and participate in training
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Two or more years of experience as automotive service advisor/consultant/assistant
- Formal automotive training or equivalent experience
- Formal automotive training or equivalent experience
- High school diploma
- One or more years with automotive accounting experience or educational experience as an AA in Accounting preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
- ASE certification(s) are a plus
- Proficient with digital service manuals and diagnostic tools
