• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to shape product road mapping and vision
• Balance the strategic and tactical; ensuring the team is solving the most critical user needs while delivering holistic solutions that are intuitive and easy to use
• Lead research planning and execution, effectively building alignment with cross-functional peers and stakeholders throughout the research process
• Clearly communicate insights and learnings, tying directly to actionable next steps and impact on product direction

• 5-10 years of leading high-impact user research efforts
• Experience leveraging a broad range of research methodologies across the various stages of product development
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity, with a proven track record of setting and executing research roadmaps leading to meaningful product impact
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process
• This is a hybrid position based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA (3 days per week)

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $248,400.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program;
