About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to help drive new product strategy and early-stage initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with company leadership to identify new opportunities, shape product direction, and turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and shipped outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and execution. This is a high-ownership role with exposure to the full product development lifecycle, particularly in the earliest phases of product discovery and market development.

What You'll Do
  • Support new product strategy by researching markets, customer needs, and emerging trends
  • Help define and evaluate new product initiatives, including sizing opportunities and outlining business cases
  • Work with the CEO and product leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps
  • Conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights into product recommendations
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive early pilots, prototypes, and launches
  • Build lightweight plans, briefs, and documentation to align teams around goals and next steps
  • Track progress across key initiatives and ensure follow-through on cross-functional execution
  • Monitor competitive landscape and help inform long-term product direction
What We're Looking For Preferred
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in product management, consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguity
  • Ability to break down complex, open-ended problems into structured approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer empathy and curiosity about user needs
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and eagerness to learn
Nice to have
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with product discovery methods and customer research
  • Basic technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineers
  • Experience working on early-stage products or new initiatives
Salary Band

$120,000 - $140,000 OTE
