Overview

Amazon Business is a fast‑growing global startup at the intersection of technology and retail in the B2B space. It seeks to be the most recognized and preferred strategic partner for smart business buying, innovating and disrupting the status quo. The Solutions Development Manager will lead the development and delivery of procurement solutions for specific B2B customer segments, building scalable best practices and enabling sales adoption across verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze B2B customer needs, identify critical requirements, and build procurement solutions for specific industry and product segments.
  • Gather customer intelligence from active deals to uncover procurement patterns and build a business case for new capabilities.
  • Drive product vision for partner teams, including product basket deal formation.
  • Create and own the GTM strategy for custom‑price negotiated managed‑spend deals.
  • Establish best practices and enablement programs to increase sales adoption and grow negotiated managed‑spend deals at scale.
  • Deploy category‑specific GTM strategies across multiple customer verticals.
  • Build and lead a mechanism to ensure post‑launch deal execution meets enterprise customer expectations.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience, and/or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or comparable work experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing B2B customer solutions strategies.
  • Experience in creating, analyzing, and/or submitting RFx for enterprise‑level organizations.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed above. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
