This position requires the candidate to work 50% of the time in Bellevue, WA, and the other 50% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Experience Requested:
- Must have prior experience in successfully leading process improvement
- Requires strong process analysis, stakeholder management and communication skills
- A self-starter, go getter is a must.
- Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
- Experienced in facilitating large groups
- Experienced in using Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Nice to have utility industry experience
- Nice to SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager, or Field Client experience
- Managing process scope, schedule, budget, and communication
- Running process meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team
- All process project reporting and decision tracking
- The process analyst will participate in the creation/management of:
- Project timeline for process deliverables
- Timely and accurate Process Improvement reporting for the project
- Risks and issues reporting for the project related to the process workstream
- Participation in project standups with core project resources
- Adhoc meetings to drive task, risk, and issues resolution
- Creation, scheduling, and running process workshops, as well as compiling of all process workshop output.
- Administration of the process project documents within SharePoint site, final versions posted to the Process Excellence process library
- Create process mapping using Process Excellence's process improvement standards and hierarchal structure
- Ensure current-state pain-points, gaps, and inefficiencies are either eliminated or minimized going forward in future-state process development
- Document for the process of current reporting metrics and ensuring future-state contains comparable metrics tracking and reporting capabilities
- Identify project benefits related to process, as needed - work with stakeholders to identify process metrics and quantitative and qualitative benefits based on the future state process design. This serves as the input into the project Benefits Realization Plan
- Deliver weekly status updates for process outlining significant accomplishments, work to be performed, program tracking, and deliverable status as directed by Management
- Provide prompt notice of any risk or issue that has the potential to jeopardize the Project's success and shall participate as appropriate and requested in actions to mitigate the risk
- Provide project management oversight and drive project closure on Process Improvement items that come up during gap identification
