Job  |  Services LLC

Ring is seeking a Product Manager to own subscription cost optimization, feature analytics, and growth strategies while contributing to business planning and reporting processes. We are passionate about our mission and look for a similarly passionate product manager to drive feature development decisions, analyze subscription behavior patterns, optimize our cost-to-serve model, and develop market-specific approaches to drive global growth. This is a key role where, as a member of the subscriptions team, you will ensure that feature development and subscription offerings are aligned with customer needs and business profitability goals across different markets.

You will focus on analyzing feature usage patterns, subscription behaviors, and cost-to-serve metrics, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, GTM, Sales, and other Product teams to inform product decisions and business strategy. You will identify & monitor key drivers influencing subscription performance (e.g., feature adoption, cost-to-serve, customer LTV, etc.) and help be the voice of the customer as you translate these insights into actionable product recommendations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with feature prioritization, and the ability to translate complex usage and cost data into clear product strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving business results through data-informed product decisions.

Key job responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering and Finance to optimize cost-to-serve through strategic feature trade-offs and technical implementation decisions.
  • Develop and own margin analysis and pricing targets for new subscription offerings, working closely with Finance to ensure profitability goals are met while maintaining market competitiveness across different regions.
  • Drive regular analysis of subscriber cohorts by region to understand feature/subscription usage patterns and their impact on customer LTV.
  • Design and implement regional growth strategies, considering local market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to drive subscription adoption.
  • Establish and maintain performance measurement framework, including key metrics (e.g., ARR, ARPU, Churn, etc.) to be leveraged during business reviews and operational planning.
  • Own monthly and quarterly business reporting for the subscriptions business, including feature usage analytics, cost-to-serve metrics, and subscription behavior trends across regions.
