As a Senior Services Staff Manager, you will steer sustained customer success and growth throughout the post‑sales project lifecycle across training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy, all with a robust digital focus.

• Leadership and Mentorship – Oversee a moderately sized cross‑functional team, ensure collaboration, mentor less experienced colleagues, lead small projects with moderate risks, communicate complex information, build consensus, and influence peers.
• Project Lifecycle Ownership – Contribute to implementation of MES (Multi‑Energy‑Systems) solutions using our Software Suite; own technical deliverables from architecture to post‑go‑live support, ensuring budget, schedule, and customer expectations are met.
• Client Collaboration – Work closely with clients to assess needs, develop tailored strategies, recommend workflow, application, interface, reporting, testing, and uploads; ensure go‑live readiness and provide post‑implementation support.
• Best Practice and Quality Assurance – Build specialized knowledge, serve as a quality resource, stay current with technical developments, and contribute to strategy and policy development to maintain delivery excellence.
• Market Awareness and Integration – Understand best practices, integration with other areas, competitors, and differentiators that impact the market.
• Decision‑Making and Problem Solving – Apply judgment to moderate‑complex tasks in operation/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering, use data analysis, and collaborate across functions to reach decisions.

• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience in a power system/software delivery function.

Applicants must be willing to work in a hybrid model, present in the office 3 days a week at a designated GEV Hub, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship.

Compensation ranges from $ to $, with geographic differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% in certain areas.
