Overview
The Sr Product Manager will oversee the expanding portfolio of device‑related products such as financing, trade, early upgrade, and same‑day delivery. The role involves understanding the end‑to‑end customer experience, managing product vision and roadmaps, collaborating with business, technical, and platform teams, and ensuring that product enhancements and system integrations deliver business and customer value.
Responsibilities- Product Ownership of Operations – Own cross‑platform device service solutions, define product vision, create and maintain feature roadmaps, write product requirements, perform cost‑benefit and competitive analysis, and partner with stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Product Ownership of Enhancements – Translate marketing or business requests into detailed product requirements, prioritize activities based on impact, collaborate with architecture and development teams, manage technical debt, review system designs, and ensure robust testing and defect resolution.
- Additional Responsibilities – Lead the Product Portfolio and Demand Management team’s IT Capital Prioritization framework, provide updates to senior leadership, vet new projects, train the team on the enterprise prioritization process, and advocate for projects within the broader organization.
- 7+ years of product management experience in an agile software development environment, with advanced understanding of customer experience (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required) – Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.

Base Pay Range: $121,600 – $219,400.
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%.
