• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with merchandising, buying, or planning within a digital business environment
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and initiative

• Background in supply chain management or inventory planning
• Prior experience in sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes
• Familiarity with product launch strategies and business case development

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a Product Management or Merchandising role within a retail or technology environment

• Ability to work 3 days onsite (Tues‑Thurs) in a hybrid office setting
• Experience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills to report findings and influence cross‑functional teams
