Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. He/she will use various methods to capture and deeply analyze client requirements. The BA should have expertise in material management, Master Data Management (MDM), bill of materials, suppliers, and related domains. Candidate should be energetic, presentable, vocal, and possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with client stakeholders to gain clarity on requirements.
• Conduct play‑back sessions to ensure understood requirements align with expectations.
• Identify implicit requirements, elicit confirmation, and document them.
• Create functional flows using tools such as Visio or Concept Draw.
• Engage with the offshore team to translate functional requirements into technical flows.
• Develop workflows, charts, and use‑case documents and prioritize them.
• Obtain wireframes from the UX designer, validate them with the client, and secure sign‑off.
• Apply domain knowledge to help the development team accelerate in areas where they may lag.

Requirements and Skills:

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Strong exposure to visual tools for diagrammatic presentation of functional flows.
• Basic understanding of wire framing.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Mandatory:
  Business Architecture, Business Process Design, Mapping.
• Required:
  
  Business Analysis.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional written and oral communication.
• Educational qualification and subject‑matter expertise in products, materials, bills of materials, suppliers, or supply chain management.
• BA or equivalent degree.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners, including offshore teams.

Additional project context (may influence role duties):

• Experience with Flex PLM is beneficial.
• Must be able to elicit requirements, document comprehensively, and articulate project objectives.
• Develop acceptance criteria to support user acceptance testing (UAT).
