Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, Pay Pal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co‑founder of CityMD.

Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work‑from‑home day.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner

A Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of recruiting operations and people processes during a high‑growth phase. This person will work closely with hiring managers across departments—especially Sales, Product, and Operations—to help hit headcount targets, improve candidate experience, and put in place scalable people frameworks.

You’ll lead everything from scheduling interviews and sourcing candidates to building basic onboarding and performance support systems. You’ll also help define the right hiring criteria and enable managers to run consistent and fair interview processes. This is a strategic role for someone excited to wear many hats and help shape the future of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring logistics.
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain onboarding and performance support systems.
  • Define hiring criteria and ensure consistent interview processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet headcount and quality goals.
Compensation

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $90k–$120k+ bonus+ equity+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
