Sr. Product Manager, WW Ops Finance S&A

Description

As a Sr. Product Manager in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own Hydra products in S&A space.

We have a strong vision and iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers and this will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

The critical functions for this leader are as follows:

• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics.
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners.
• Design and implement new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.

As a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data‑driven decisions, articulate your vision and sell your features for implementation. You are expected to articulate your point of view with crisp communication, demonstrate the ability to synthesize the inputs from your partners and stakeholders, and achieve alignment in a harmonious way. You will proactively manage the product backlog and work closely with your tech team and TPMs to ensure deliveries that bring both value and move the product toward the S&A North Star vision.

WWOps Finance Standardization and Automation (S&A) is the global technology partner evolving financial operations for Amazon’s WWOps Finance organization. We build scalable products for planning, forecasting, month‑end closing, bridging, and reporting for 2,400 finance users who manage $200B+ in operational costs. Our North Star:

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
