LGC is a safety‑first, customer‑focused organisation supporting major projects across WA. Our Equipment Hire division provides reliable plant, vehicles, and services to meet client needs on time, every time.

The Role

We’re seeking a Business Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end hire process—from contracts and scheduling to client service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create rental contracts and manage on/off hires
  • Schedule transport and reallocate drivers when required
  • Contact clients to book services for equipment on site
  • Ensure run‑ups and returns are completed by yard staff
  • Monitor driver breaks and compliance
  • Contact cash clients for  process credit card payments
  • Prepare quotes for existing and walk‑in clients
  • Code VMS boards for hires and follow up overdue off hires
  • Maintain communication with yard team to support daily tasks
  • Organise collection of parts and cross‑hire equipment when needed
  • Record asset numbers, fuel usage, and damages for large events
  • Monitor pump operator services for health & safety compliance
  • Notify clients of chargeable damages and overdue returns
  • Monitor Latner dashboard for unreturned off hires and overdue cash customers
What You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in data entry and systems (Latner or similar)
