Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and complex, cross‑functional programs that directly impact our customers and business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments, influencing without authority, and driving operational excellence at scale.

• Own end-to-end program delivery, working with senior leaders across multiple organizations to define strategy, set goals, and execute against ambitious timelines.
• Identify and solve complex problems, drive process improvements, and ensure measurable business impact.
• Own and drive complex, cross‑functional programs from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to define program strategy, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalating appropriately to maintain program momentum.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional partners, influencing without direct authority.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and business impact.
• Mentor and develop junior program managers, raising the standard for program management excellence.
• Implement mechanisms that scale, ensuring programs can grow efficiently as the business expands.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage program life cycles, collaborate with stakeholders across teams, and continuously improve processes to deliver high‑impact results for Amazon customers.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Base salary range:  –  USD annually.
