Crusoe seeks a dedicated and strategic Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Networking to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain and procurement operation. This role is critical for driving efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and high quality within our supply chain management, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's Industries manufacturing services. We are looking for an innovative leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, bringing a strong background in procurement, supplier relationship management, and process improvement to the team.

• Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost‑effective, and consistently aligned with company objectives.
• End‑to‑End Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire supply chain process, overseeing everything from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and execute contracts and terms with key suppliers and vendors to secure the most advantageous terms and conditions for Crusoe.
• Logistical Optimization: Analyze and optimize all logistical operations to ensure a seamless flow of goods and reduce overall operational costs.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate and actively manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent quality standards and critical delivery deadlines.
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Experience processing and managing RMA workflows for data center hardware, including networking equipment (switches, routers, transceivers) and compute components.
• Inventory Control: Oversee the inventory management process, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate stock shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Hardware Warranty Renewal: Experience managing hardware warranty entitlement renewals for data center networking and compute equipment across multiple vendors.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure perfect supply alignment.
• Sustainability Integration: Implement and champion sustainability practices in procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe Energy's environmental goals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience & Leadership: Approximately 3+ years in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector.
