BizOps Vendor Product Manager

Base salary range (Min. & Max. to be mentioned)~$114K

• Product Life Cycle Management & Development Methodologie

• Drive end-to-end Biz Ops program execution by aligning business needs with system solutions, leading cross-functional delivery, and ensuring measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements (BRDs/FSDs) with stakeholders and COE PM for KT  items.
• Translate business needs into system and process solutions in partnership with Engineering and Product team.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and compliance requirements.
• Validate UAT scenarios based on BRDs and FSDs, business workflows, and system integration.
• Lead scenario‑based UAT across multiple platforms to validate business workflows; be the voice of business in these UAT sessions.
• Coordinate with COE PM/Engg TPM for defect tracking, triage, and resolution with Engineering teams; ensure all defects and bugs are tested thoroughly and any CRs from testing are logged correctly.
• Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution for defects and CRs.
• Ensure readiness for go‑live through validation, stakeholder sign‑off, and risk mitigation.
• Lead response for critical operational issues (e.g., contract routing, PO/invoice failures, supplier onboarding); perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across team.
• Stabilize operations while implementing long‑term preventive solutions.
• Work with COE PM to develop and execute change management plans for new features and process updates.
• Create training materials, newsletters, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption through clear communication, enablement, and feedback loop.
