Amazon Transportation represents critical components of Amazon’s first‑class transportation network, overseeing global middle and last mile products across B2B and B2C, and collaborating with partners, customers, and employees to deliver faster, cheaper, and more efficient shipping and receiving solutions.
Creative Garage (CG) is the central creative team supporting the portfolio of global transportation products. The team builds brand awareness, recognition, acquisition and engagement through human stories behind logistics, owns global brands and the creative expression of these brands throughout the customer journey, and works closely with global marketing and customer insights partners to test and learn creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and traffic all new creative requests submitted to the studio, quickly assessing information gaps and identifying owners and next steps.
- Project‑manage creative development projects end‑to‑end (from concept to production) across various mediums—video, digital, social, OOH, direct mail, events, sales collateral—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and manage workback schedules, understanding dependencies from marketing and creative playbooks, meeting timelines, and minimizing disruption to partner teams.
- Hold Creative Garage team members and business partners accountable to project timelines, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Kaizen, CIP) to continuously improve team productivity and throughput.
- Identify and document tool and process innovations that systematically improve studio efficiency, output, and overall quality of the work.
- Build relationships with client partners and peers, educate business partners on studio process and SLAs, understand pain points and objectives, and consult on potential solutions.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade‑offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints; escalate appropriately when issues exceed scope.
- Present studio work and updates to stakeholders and cross‑functional partners, including management.
- Build trust, respect, and credibility with stakeholders and team members.
- Employ sound critical thinking and problem‑solving approaches; come to the table with solutions.
- Manage post‑launch support plans (e.g., post‑mortems, issue/ticket management) and seek opportunities to improve system quality and operational excellence.
- Promote a sense of transparency, visibility, and community among the team.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
- Knowledge of creative and brand development process
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience in cross‑channel deliverables—photography, video, digital, social, print, OOH
- Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
- Experience in digital technologies and creative process platforms (PM software, etc.)
- Experience gathering and analyzing data to drive continuous business improvements
- Strong process improvement background and creative project management skills (CIP, Kanban, Kaizen)

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: 82,700.00 – USD annually. The overall package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and additional benefits such as health, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, mental health support, medical advice line, Flexible Spending Accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
