Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
Job Overview
Responsible for analyzing and reporting on advertising campaign performance for T‑Mobile Advertising Solutions and its clients. Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and support strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Ad Operations teams for client presentations and business reviews.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders in clear, actionable ways.
- Respond to and produce additional ad‑hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as required.
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by business management.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
- Preferred areas of study:
Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. - Preferred: 2+ years experience in business intelligence.
- Preferred:
Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency or ad‑tech. - Required:
Experience conducting and communicating data‑driven analyses; quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing. - Required:
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (Required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills (Required).
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to management and peers (Required).
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Required).
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Required).
- Preferred:
One or more certifications such as DMP, SSP, DSP, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk programmatic ads.

Yes/No.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Base Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600. Corporate Bonus Target: 10%.
