Role Summary

The (USA) Manager of Data Analytics leads the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies and advanced data solutions to support business objectives. This role oversees cross‑functional teams, ensuring accurate data analysis, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of actionable insights. The manager collaborates with stakeholders to design and validate models, drive investigative analytics, and enhance reporting technologies. By fostering continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of integrity, this position supports informed decision‑making and operational excellence across the organization.

Our team leads the seller‑fulfilled business for Walmart Marketplace, focusing on enhancing delivery speed and accuracy while building trust in seller‑fulfilled offers. We collaborate across functions to implement technology strategies, optimize operations, and drive program success. Emphasizing stakeholder engagement and data‑driven decision‑making, the team continuously improves processes to support growth and operational excellence. By integrating program and financial management with product and technology insights, the team ensures a seamless end‑to‑end shopping experience, positioning Walmart Marketplace as a preferred platform for customers and sellers in a dynamic marketplace environment.

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and customer requirements.
• Design and deliver customized reports to monitor obligations, risk mitigation, and performance standards.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced statistical and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize reporting requests and communicate project status.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of business intelligence solutions and reporting technologies.
• Manage production of regulatory and internal reports ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, fostering continuous learning and development.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and developing business intelligence solutions.
• Expertise in compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making.
• Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in driving data‑driven decision making and continuous process improvements.
• Experience overseeing reporting systems, validating data, and implementing advanced analytical methodologies.
