Job Overview
The Sr Product Manager – T-Platform Lead UX Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise user experience strategy for T‑Platform, T‑Mobile's unified operational and management platform for TFB products and services. This role serves as the enterprise UX leader within the T‑Platform Product Realization organization and drives scalable customer workflow design, operational experience strategy, platform UX governance, and enterprise interaction standards across multiple TFB product portfolios.
The Sr Product Manager partners closely with Product Strategy, Technical Discovery, Architecture, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure T‑Platform delivers intuitive, scalable, operationally efficient, and dev‑ready enterprise customer experiences that support rapidly evolving business capabilities and operational models.
T‑Platform supports highly complex enterprise operational use cases across Advanced Network Solutions, IoT, broadband, APIs, security, satellite, government and future enterprise operational capabilities. The role balances innovation, usability, scalability and operational continuity while operating in highly dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities and onboarding demands.
Job Responsibilities- Owns product end‑to‑end for complex or cross‑platform solutions and manages product vision, roadmap and backlog.
- Identifies target customer(s) and drives end‑user product research.
- Collaborates with business, stakeholders and leadership to understand current customer experiences and identify opportunities.
- Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to uncover product innovation opportunities and assess impact.
- Leverages hypothesis‑driven testing methodologies and experiments to inform direction and prioritize investment.
- Conducts cost‑benefit, ROI and competitive product analysis to support decision making.
- Secures and maintains product funding following enterprise process.
- Anticipates industry trends and incorporates analysis into product processes.
- Communicates and influences ideas at VP level and below, delivering regular product presentations.
- Drives ad‑hoc analysis and presents information to executive‑level management upon request.
- Influences product feature set and positioning strategies to improve customer experience and support growth.
- Engages external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Stays current on technology trends and assesses their impact on the roadmap.
- Leverages customer insights to shape product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Engages directly with customers to build empathy and understand priorities.
- Creates and manages a Voice‑of‑Customer feed for the team.
- Seeks opportunities to delight or meet unmet customer needs.
- Advocates for the customer internally and externally, embedding a customer‑first mindset.
- Tests ideas with real customers to ensure desired benefits are delivered.
- Translates product/platform strategy into detailed features and user stories consumable for development teams, and creates prototypes as needed.
- Owns and manages product backlog and priorities for 5–8 Agile/Scrum teams, including cross‑team dependencies.
- Scopes and aligns on activity prioritization based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborates with Architecture and Development teams to incorporate technical debt and long‑term technical investment into the roadmap.
- Incorporates existing production defects into backlog prioritization for resolution.
- Creates and communicates anticipated release schedules with stakeholders and execution teams.
- Generates and maintains dashboards and reports tracking product health and success metrics.
- Conducts Product Quarterly Business Reviews and steering meetings.
- Runs beta and pilot programs for early‑stage products.
- Collaborates with advertising and public relations to promote the product.
- Supports sales, marketing and other stakeholder teams with product knowledge and documentation.
- Assists in overall execution of the software development process, from strategy to deployment and support.
