Role Description s:

Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management| including SOW creation| review| and execution for downstream vendors suppliers
Partner with procurement| program teams| and suppliers post component server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
Drive SOW drafting and approvals| including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred)| ensuring accuracy| tracking| and timely execution
Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement transactions
Ensure status tracking| prioritization| and timely closure of contract deliverables
Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries| ensuring alignment across business| legal| and operations
Maintain contract documentation| governance| and audit readiness across the lifecycle

Basic Requirements

Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking| prioritization| stakeholder coordination)
Experience working with supplier vendor contracts and SOWs
Familiarity with Icertis and legal contract workflows (CELA) preferred
