As a Senior Analyst, Partnership, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing retail partner relationships through data-driven insights and strategic account management. What you'll do:
- Develop account strategies by analyzing pricing rules and sales data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and brands to resolve escalated issues and enhance collaboration.
- Support partner integration by researching requirements and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track partnership performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner questions and optimize subcategory results.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members to build skills and improve performance.
- Provide expert guidance to support business solutions aligned with company policies and values.

Minimum Qualification:
