Reporting to the Senior Manager of TFB Revenue Analytics, the Senior Business Strategist identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth across the T‑Mobile for Business base. The role leads complex, driver‑based analyses across TFB products and segments, supports weekly variance reporting against the TFB revenue forecast, and develops insights and business cases for new revenue growth opportunities. The strategist works cross‑functionally with acquisition, retention, product, and marketing/sales operations partners to identify and size initiatives, share actionable insights, and provide rigorous, quantitative revenue analysis to inform product and channel strategies and facilitate data‑informed decision‑making across TFB.
The strategist communicates with senior executives and business team counterparts, explaining how revenue profiles of products and segments perform relative to commitments, examining inflows, outflows, renewals, and base rate plan migrations to understand drivers, variances, and forward‑looking forecasts. They independently lead complex work streams, synthesize findings into clear strategic implications, translate quantitative insights into actionable recommendations that shape product and channel strategy, proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide prioritization recommendations based on potential business impact.

- Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
- Coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
- Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by business management
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (required)
- Acceptable areas of study include business, management, economics, statistics, or related field (required)
- 7‑10 years of management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (required)
- Less than 2 years prior experience in B2B, product strategy, and/or telecom (preferred)
- 4‑7 years strategy and problem‑solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions, and providing data‑driven recommendations (required)
- 4‑7 years financial modeling and analytics experience, developing financial models, performing financial and operating analysis, and reporting (required)
- Less than 2 years project management experience, managing projects independently, engaging stakeholders, and creating roadmaps (preferred)
