The Sophia Way in Bellevue, WA is seeking On-Call Shelter Staff to support shelter residents and oversee daily operations on an on-call basis. You will help provide a safe, welcoming space for clients and volunteers, with overnight coverage 11:00 p.m.–7:15 a.m.
and occasional other shifts as needed. Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills, plus the stamina for light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
