We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, and leadership stakeholder engagement. Must have strong communication, Power BI/data analytics skills, and experience managing cross‑functional initiatives in supply chain or cloud data center operations.

This role requires strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with context across supply chain and cloud data center operations. The Program Manager will support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business operations, and cross‑functional alignment.

• Drive end-to-end program management across strategic initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.
• Act as a central coordination point across business and operational teams to track progress and drive execution.
• Lead preparation and execution of leadership reviews, including business updates, presentations, and insights.
• Manage rhythm of business (ROB) weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews ensuring clear tracking of actions and outcomes.
• Drive structured communication across stakeholders and leadership ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely decision‑making.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively; drive mitigation and resolution.
• Support leadership in planning, prioritization, and operational governance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent engagement across teams.
