Manage and oversee amenity spaces across two properties (Key Center and Skyline Tower) and coordinate TX/CX programming;
Lead all aspects of amenity spaces and programming offerings from contract/booking to execution;
Implement CBRE RISE hospitality standards to guide operations and service delivery;
Build and maintain trusted client relationships and negotiate with clients, partners, and associates;
Oversee vendor contracts, food delivery, events, transportation, and mail distribution; ensure invoicing and insurance documents are up to date
