Client Service Associate

Our client, a growing independent RIA, is looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to support advisors and manage day-to-day client operations. This is a senior-level role for someone who can work independently and handle complex account issues without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client account service requests
• Process account opening, transfers, distributions, and money movement
• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings (agendas, paperwork, notes)
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, or similar) on account maintenance
• Handle billing, fee calculations, and reconciliation
• Assist with compliance documentation and recordkeeping
• Train and mentor junior client service staff
• Identify process improvements and help implement workflow updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of client service experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm
• Strong working knowledge of custodial platforms (Schwab Advisor Services, Fidelity Wealth Scape, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox)
• Series 7 or 65 a plus, not required
• High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
