Intelli Pro is seeking a Merchant Lifecycle Associate for an onsite role based in Seattle or New York. You will support recruitment and onboarding of key merchants, reaching out by email and phone using provided leads and assisting Account Managers with onboarding requirements.
You will also manage governance and experience matters, coordinate with GNE and Account Managers to identify root causes, draft corrective actions, and contribute to merchant projects with cross-functional teams.
