A single family office seeks a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, managing engagement with a global network of leaders across business, philanthropy and culture, and designing exclusive high-end events and gatherings. A senior, high-travel role blending strategy, communications and convening.
The position involves serving as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, managing engagement with their global network of leaders and influencers across business, philanthropy, and culture.
Core responsibilities- Network coordination with accomplished global leaders.
- Designing and executing exclusive high-end events and gatherings.
- Executive communications, speech preparation, and representation.
- Supporting philanthropic and social-impact initiatives.
- Cross-organisational collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Travel accompaniment to major events and meetings.
- Administrative and staff leadership.
- 15+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Demonstrated ability engaging senior leaders internationally.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Event planning and global convening experience.
- Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international).
- BA/BS minimum; MBA preferred; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
