The Sr. Manager, TCG Global Sustainability is responsible for defining and leading sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, and execution exclusively for The Pokémon Company International's Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This role ensures the TCG supply chain meets global sustainability regulations, advances environmental impact reduction initiatives, and integrates data-driven sustainability practices across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging. This position operates as the TCG sustainability owner, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Manufacturing, Packaging, and external vendors.

The role does not set or own enterprise-wide sustainability policy but instead translates company standards and regulatory requirements into the operationally actionable, TCG-specific strategies and programs.

• Sustainable materials, packaging & supply chain initiatives

• Cross-functional & external engagement

Required qualifications include:

• 8+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields, plus 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading sustainability or compliance initiatives within complex global supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations affecting consumer goods, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into business decisions.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 4 times per year domestically and internationally.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, or logistics-heavy industries.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks, lifecycle assessment, or supplier sustainability programs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
