Senior Digital Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital platforms.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and features.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, leveraging consulting expertise to identify opportunities.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Monitor KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies.

Qualification

• Background in consulting with experience in digital transformation or product strategy
• Strong account management skills with a track record of managing enterprise clients
• Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and digital platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 annually in our lowest geographic market up to $170,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
