Senior Product Manager, Delivery , Speed Innovation

Description

Own and accelerate the growth of Amazon's premium ultra-fast (1–3 hour) delivery business by deeply understanding both the customer experience and the operational network that enables it. You'll diagnose business performance, identify the drivers behind customer adoption and unit-volume trends, and make high-judgment decisions that improve business outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Build a deep understanding of the business by identifying the leading indicators behind customer adoption, unit-volume growth, and operational performance — and translate those insights into actions that improve business results.
• Work seamlessly across Product and Operations — understanding how operational constraints influence customer experience and how product decisions affect execution across the delivery network.
• Diagnose why key business metrics are moving and recommend corrective actions with speed.
• Operate autonomously — own feature and expansion decisions without requiring approval — while influencing senior leaders through sound business judgment.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer experience across Amazon platforms and apps, and develop/refine pricing structures for the premium service.

• Develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind customer adoption and unit-volume growth.
• Identify why key metrics are moving and recommend corrective actions.
• Balance customer experience with operational realities across the delivery network.
• Operate autonomously while influencing senior leaders through data and sound business judgment.
• Drive measurable improvements in business performance.

This high-visibility role directly impacts Amazon's P&L and customer experience. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving initiatives that reshape how millions of customers receive their Amazon orders.

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
