ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Provides day‑to‑day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance.
- Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
- Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
- Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.
- Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.

Salary Range: $53,000 USD - $56,000 USD
