In this role, you will own the upstream funnel for Quick Commerce (QC) new launch sites — the strategic and tactical work that moves a site from initial identification through site selection and handoff to downstream delivery teams. The Sr. Program Manager will own a regional pipeline of prospective sites and drive comprehensive reporting on expansion initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to source, evaluate, qualify, and advance sites through the selection funnel.
You'll manage critical early-stage milestones, assess and mitigate risks before they reach execution, and standardize the documentation and decision processes that govern how sites enter and move through the pipeline — all while managing high-impact special projects, from operational deep-dives to executive-level analytics. Your influence will extend across our entire quick commerce ecosystem, shaping how we identify, prioritize, and select the sites that scale and optimize our operations.
