Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about usWe are a mid‑sized commercial general contractor focused on repeat‑client work across the Eastside and greater Seattle area. Our core projects include tenant improvements, life science buildouts, and ground‑up commercial work, typically ranging from $5M–$40M. Most of our work is concentrated in Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland, with a strong backlog tied to long‑term client relationships in tech and healthcare.

Job Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from precon through closeout
- Work closely with preconstruction on budgeting, value engineering, and client communication
- Oversee schedules, subcontractors, and overall project execution
- Typical work includes TI, life science interiors, and light ground‑up
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project delivery and quality
Ideal background is 5–10 years with a commercial GC in a PM or APM role.
