- Manage the flow of documentation – RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Review submittals for accuracy and compliance before they go out
- Keep logs current and follow up with the right people to maintain deadlines
- Maintain hard copies of contracts and other records so the team always has what they need
- Capture and organize project photos and videos for internal updates and marketing
- Gather and track subcontractor pricing for potential change orders
- Update the Change Order Log regularly and flag cost impacts quickly
- Keep communication clear between the field and the office when changes arise
- Collaborate with Superintendents to plan and run subcontractor meetings
- Take notes, track action items, and send out Site Instruction Summaries for clarity
- Follow up on open items to ensure timely completion
- Stay on top of jobsite postings, safety notifications, and subcontractor safety programs
- Work with Superintendents and Foremen to keep safety documentation organized and accessible
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Manage Certified Payroll requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- 5+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years of multi-family or high-rise construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong organizational skills with clear, professional communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, LEED, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- Experience with Certified Payroll requirements
This is a primarily field‑based role on active construction sites, with some office responsibilities. The position requires frequent walking, standing, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
TravelRegular travel to project sites within the region.
Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary for this position in the Greater Seattle area ranges from $90,000 to $120,000.
