Our projects span the U.S., offering opportunities to learn, lead, and advance. This travel-based role requires flexibility and relocation. Superintendents typically work on projects for about two years before moving to new assignments. While we aim to keep projects regional, business needs may require relocation anywhere in the country.
The first project this Traveling Construction Site Superintendent is being hired for is a 341 unit four-story garden-style build south of downtown Bozeman, MT. Internally, this project is referred to as Graf Street. The project is starting very quickly and the construction period is estimated to take 25 months. The complexity of this larger project requires the Superintendent to have previous large-scale multifamily construction experience as a “lead”.About

Pay Details: $130,000 to $180,000 in Annual Salary + Performance bonus target of 15% + Monthly per diem of $3,000 ($36,000 annually)
Schedule:
Work schedule as agreed upon with the hiring manager. Required in-person presence at the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to plan and set up the job site, preparation and maintenance of Project Schedule and ensure the life/ safety plans are developed and implemented. Oversee the Assistant Superintendent for scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure project schedule and quality are met. Review and approve the updated project schedule that the Assistant Site Superintendent will distribute to all subcontractors.
