Brand & Content Manager

Create for a luxury beauty brand with New York Fashion Week, celebrity, and television credits. Build a portfolio you cannot get anywhere else, learn directly from the founder, and have your hair and product on us.

Chromatique Salon is one of the Pacific Northwest's most recognized luxury salons, with flagship locations in Bellevue and Issaquah, known for elite extension artistry, a celebrity and influencer clientele, and a client experience refined over more than thirteen years. Chromatique Hair Co. and Evée carry that work into product, developing next‑generation luxury haircare and extension protection built on clean formulations, extension longevity, and UV and chlorine defense.

Founded and led by award‑winning entrepreneur Samantha Lawrence, Chromatique has been named a Woman to Watch by 425 Magazine, honored on the 425 Business 40 Under 40, and named Best Entrepreneur at the Global Beauty Awards in both 2024 and 2025. The brand has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week, on celebrity styling sets, and on television as the recurring beauty expert on KING 5's New Day Northwest.

Chromatique is the official beauty partner of the Seattle Seahawks Dancers and the Pacific Northwest Pageants.

We are a quiet luxury brand. We build with substance and consistency rather than noise, and we are looking for a creative who works the same way.

The Role

This is a hands‑on creative role for one person who makes Chromatique look and feel unmissable online, every day, across all three brands.

You are behind the camera and at the keyboard. One day you are filming a blonding transformation from the first foils to the final reveal. The next you are backstage at a Seattle Seahawks Dancers shoot, or styling a clean product shot for Evée. You edit it all to a luxury standard, write the captions, post and schedule across our channels, and keep our online store and email looking sharp.

You will work side by side with the Founder and CEO, who sets the brand direction and plans the launches, and you bring it all to life. As you prove the work, the role grows, and so does what you own.

This is the rare early‑career role where you build a real portfolio on a real brand, with backstage, celebrity, and television work already in the mix, and learn directly from a founder who has built one.

What You Own, Day to Day

Content creation. Shoot photo and video on location in the salons, at events, and backstage. Edit and retouch to a luxury standard. Write captions and copy that read like the brand, not like marketing. Keep an organized library of ready‑to‑use assets across all three brands.

Social and community. Run the publishing calendar across Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms for the brand and founder accounts. Keep a steady, deliberate cadence and one consistent voice and look. Handle day‑to‑day comments, messages, and engagement.

Store and email upkeep. Keep the Shopify storefronts for Chromatique Hair Co. and Evée current and beautiful, update product pages and imagery, and send the email and text campaigns the founder plans with you. You keep the store running and looking premium. You do not have to be an ecommerce expert on day one, but you are curious about what turns a browser into a buyer.

Simple reporting. Track what is working across content, social, and store, and share it plainly so we both learn fast.

What You Grow Into

As you earn it, you take on more: owning launches end to end, shaping strategy alongside the founder, and running bigger campaigns as the brands scale. This role is built to grow, and we would rather promote from within than hire over you.

Who You Are

One to three years in content creation, social media, or a closely related role, or a strong portfolio that speaks for itself. Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle interest is a real plus.

You can shoot and edit on your own. Solid photography and video skills are required, and you are confident capturing and editing on location without a crew.
