About Artventory

Artventory is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to the arts by redistributing gently used art supplies, costumes, and creative materials to underserved communities. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to create, perform, and express themselves, regardless of financial barriers.

We are looking for passionate and community-driven Dance Ambassadors to support our mission within their local dance communities. As an ambassador, you will help collect and donate gently used dancewear and costumes (whether at your local dance studio or community), making a direct impact on dancers who may not otherwise have access to these resources.

• Set up and manage a donation box at your local dance studio, school, or community center
• Encourage peers, instructors, and community members to donate gently used dancewear, costumes, and accessories
• Collect, organize, and prepare donated items for shipment
• Coordinate shipping donations to Artventory (guidance provided)
• Serve as a representative of Artventory in your local dance community

• Dancers, students, or community members involved in dance
• Self-motivated individuals who are excited to take initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for the arts, service, and community impact

• Make a meaningful impact by increasing access to dance resources
• Gain leadership and community organizing experience
• Earn volunteer hours and build your resume
• Be part of a growing network of young leaders in the arts

Flexible and self-paced. Most ambassadors spend a few hours per month managing collections and outreach.
