Position: In-Office SaaS Customer Success Leader — Bellevue

Summary: ROLE BASED IN Bellevue and REQUIRES IN OFFICE

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. Responsible for serving as the primary and main point of contact for customers. Serves as an advisor and liaison to facilitate pre- and post-sale interactions.

Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training , renewals and minimizing churn. The CSM will also provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers.

    - Generate trust and credibility at multiple levels in existing accounts after purchase and through the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention, renewals.
  • Takes ownership, manages multiple engagements with many moving parts with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years In Customer Success management or leadership roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • GTM experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Technical skills
  • Prompt writing skills
  • SaaS background
  • Startup experience
