Part-Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Cat Care Clinic is a feline-focused practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while creating a positive experience for both our clients and our team. Part‑time hours (approximately 15–25 hours per week) with availability needed during clinic hours. Flexibility is a plus.

• Greet clients and patients warmly, creating a welcoming and low‑stress environment
• Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and text communications
• Perform client check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding services, recommendations, and follow‑up care
• Discuss financial options and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical history requests
• Support the veterinary team with patient flow and basic supportive treatments as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with inventory, office supplies, and vendor communications
• Participate in marketing efforts and client engagement initiatives

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
