We are seeking enthusiastic high school students to join our Customer Service team as interns. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries, issues, and support requests.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• Currently enrolled in high school (junior or senior year).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others.
  
  Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
