Service Concierge - Receptionist

Fields Jaguar Land Rover of Belleview is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Flexible schedule:
Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm with occasional Saturdays as needed.

• Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from service and sales customers, record the amount received, and reconcile the cash drawer daily
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures to assist customers efficiently

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
• Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour DOE
