Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our Last Mile Pickup and Return team, supporting our partners in the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role is critical for maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction and ensuring project lifecycle management.

• Provide personalized support to pickup hosts, enhancing partner relations and operations.
• Coordinate project life cycles meticulously, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction.
• Maintain stellar levels of customer service, continuously aiming for high satisfaction ratings.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver quality products efficiently.
• Utilize a variety of software tools for account navigation and proactive problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish, to effectively communicate with US & MX partners.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is highly beneficial for this role.
