Hours: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 11:30 am‑6:15 pm (Monday & Friday off)
Hourly Rate: $20.74
Position SummaryThe Premium Lane Service Agent supports premium checkpoint operations at Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport by assisting travelers through designated expedited screening lanes. This role delivers a professional and welcoming guest experience while maintaining efficient passenger flow and supporting checkpoint operations. The position requires strong communication skills, consistent floor presence, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Premium Lane Service Agents serve as one of the first points of contact for travelers and play a key role in maintaining a smooth and organized customer experience.
- Welcome travelers and verify boarding passes for premium lane access.
- Manage passenger flow and maintain organized entry into premium security lanes.
- Provide clear directions and answer traveler questions regarding checkpoint procedures and airport navigation.
- Monitor operational areas and report safety, security, maintenance, or service concerns.
- Assist guests with kiosks, wheelchairs, and luggage carts as needed.
- Maintain awareness of passenger traffic conditions and adjust support based on operational demand.
- Utilize radios, phones, tablets, and other communication devices to support daily operations.
- Support emergency response procedures and follow all airport safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Remain active and mobile throughout the shift, including extended periods of standing and walking.
- Maintain flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced airport environment.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic proficiency using phones, tablets, and communication devices.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Port of Seattle and TSA security credentials.
- Must be able to pass a background check and airport badging requirements.
- Previous experience in hospitality, airport operations, events, or customer‑facing roles.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high‑traffic environments.
- Flexible schedule availability preferred.
Hourly Rate: $20.74
